In order to re-appear a cultural event for the Japanese expatriate community and promote the beauty of Japanese culture to Hanoi citizens, Hotel Nikko Hanoi organizes the real traditional Mochi Pounding Ceremony on January 1st, 2018, which promises to be a fun and unique event with many festive activities for you and your family!.
The event open completely free for public. Guests attending will have a chance to watch and pound the mochi with their own hands, have a taste of Sake after "Sake barrel breaking" custom, and enjoy the festive vibe in an traditional Japanese environment with New Year decoration found everywhere in our Grand Lobby!
